Hello Workflow

This post was made by my first (Workflow.app) workflow on the iPad for generating a Jekyll blog post and adding it to my GIT repo using Working Copy.app.

The workflow just makes the frontmatter but this is not a bad start, it asks for a post title, formats the date and file name, let’s you select tags from a list.

NB. You should customise the list of available tags to select from within the workflow itself.

Here is the workflow.

When it first runs, it will ask you for the URL Key for Working Copy also the name of your Jekyll repository.

You can copy the key from the App Integrations screen in Settings in Working Copy, make sure you also enable URL Actions.

With all of that setup, your first try will be a dry run, Working Copy asks you to confirm and then try again.
